The recipe said "35". I made them as big as I want to see them in stores, and with the right amount of raisins.
Twisted them like a pastry pro, in thin air and everything.
And when delivered, temperature had done it's thing beyond expectation. I made 20 lussebullar, so each of them looks like a yellow hulk bun. Now: the important test of waiting for tomorrow. If they taste fine tomorrow as well, I have succeeded.
